coffee + cream (2)

banana
1 tbsp almond butter
black coffee

12:30
bbq chicken
salad + dressing
water

3:45
a few almonds
cheese
water

6pm - cheat night
1 beer
pizza w mushrooms & sausage
roasted veggies
prosciutto etc.
ice cream
(felt like shit after)

9:30
water

midnight
strawberries
blackberries
12 almonds
water
vitamins

1am asleep
