a little mango
a few strawberries
1 slice mortadella
2 coffee + cream

2oz roast beef
12 almonds

shredded chicken
pepper jack cheese
salsa
1/2 avocado
1 tbsp yogurt
a few cherry tomatoes
water

2pm
strawberries
almonds (24 or so)
chocolate chips (1 tbsp)

2:30-3 nap

4pm
coffee w cream

5pm
beef jerky

6pm
roasted chicken leg + wing
grilled zucchini
1/2 roasted sweet potato
1 glass wine
water

7:10
2 dried apricots
water

9:30
chicken leg
1/2 sweet potato
cherry tomatoes

midnight
banana
1tbsp almond butter
herbal tea

1:30 asleep
