bunch of grapes

hamburger w cheese
1 tbsp ketchup
1 med tomato
salad

strawberries
banana
almonds
pecans
chocolate chips
whipped cream

1am to bed

did a quick calculation & consumed about 125g of carbs today, mostly from the banana (27g), pear (26g), and grapes (16g).
