amrap 15 minutes

3 handstand pushups (pikes)
9 box jumps (4 stacked 45-lb plates)
12 kettlebell swings (35lb)

10 rounds + 3 + 0 + 0

Sore l.r. back. Probably could have done 20" box in retrospect. Pikes also too easy -- should do standing next time.
